Connect with the Angels

This meditation focuses on grounding and centring your energies and was gifted by Archangel Metatron as a tool to assist us in grounding higher energies onto the planet through us, in a balanced manner. It is a meditation, if practised regularly will allow you to hold higher and higher vibrations as you experience the waves of Metatron as they pass thorough your Central Column to ground. Although it is possible for you, if you are visually gifted to imagine sitting within the Octahedron it is important to go through the process of creating it step by step each time in order to strengthen your subtle energy bodies and gain much greater awareness of your energy field.

Close your eyes and begin breathing deeply in and out through the nose if it is comfortable for you. Bring your full attention to your breathing, feeling the rib cage rising as you fill your lungs fully and feel the shoulders dropping and the belly softening on the exhalation. I invoke the Divine Feminine energies to pour her loving, accepting, nurturing, creative, compassionate energies into us. Please assist us in trusting and honouring the natural cycles of life and opening to the wonder and awe of our natural innocence. I now invoke the mighty Archangels of the Heart Council to assist each of us in our awakening and freeing us from illusion. I now invoke the Divine protection of the Mighty Archangel Michael, please place your triple shield of protection over each one of us, the room and the building. I call on the Angelic Realms for a clearing of all non serving energies from our four body systems, the room and the building. I call for a pillar of light to be brought down from the consciousness of radiant love through our higher councils and our higher selves to surround our four body systems and anchor into our Earth Stars now.

With your intention find your centre in the area behind your navel. Think of this as a point of light, which will expand each time you focus upon it. This is the energy of your Core Star the essence of your true self. Now with your intention extend this light up through the central column through the chakras all the way up to the Soul Star eight inches above your head. Lock this beam of light in place. The light beam may be any colour most often it is white or gold. Travel back down this light line to your centre behind the naval. Now extend this light line directly down through your lower Chakras exiting your body through the root Chakra all the way down to your Earth Star eight inches beneath the ground. Lock this light line into the Earth Star with your intention and travel back up to centre. From this central point extend a horizontal beam of light directly out in front of you to the edge of your energy field, you instinctively know where this is. Lock it in place and travel back down the horizontal beam of light to your centre. Now extend a beam of light, horizontally straight out of your right side to the edge of your energy field. Lock it in place with your intention and travel back to centre. From centre extend a horizontal line directly out behind you to the edge of your energy field and lock it in place and travel back to centre. Next extend a beam of light from centre horizontally straight out of your left side, lock it in place and travel back to centre.

Travel to the end of the beam of light directly out in front of you and extend a horizontal beam of light from this point to the end of the beam coming out of your right side. From here extend a horizontal beam of light to join up to the end of the beam directly behind you. From here extend a horizontal beam of light to join the end of the point of light on your left side and from here another beam of light to join to the end of the beam of light in front of you. Now travel back to centre.

You have created the base of the centre of the Octahedron diamond structure of light around you which supports your four body system. From here we proceed to link up theses four points to the point of light above you at your Soul Star and the point of light beneath you in your Earth Star. From your centre travel to the end of the horizontal beam of light you created in front of you and with your intention draw a diagonal beam of light up to join the point of light at your Soul Star above your head. Your intention is enough for this to take place whether you see it or not. Travel back down your central column to your point of centre. Travel from here directly to the end of the beam of horizontal light extending out of your right side, creating a diagonal beam of light from here to the Soul Star above your head. Fix it in place with your intention and travel back down the Central Column to your Naval point. Now travel along the beam of light directly behind you and from the end draw another diagonal beam of light up to the Soul Star above your head. Travel back down your Central Column to your centre. Next travel along the horizontal line extending from your left side and join the end of this with the Soul Star. Travel down the Central Column to your centre.

You have now completed the first pyramid of light and we follow the same procedure to link up whose apex rests in the Earth Star beneath your feet.

Beginning once more at your centre, travelling out along the horizontal light line in front of you to the end. With your intention joining the end of this line diagonally down to meet the end of the beam of light in your Earth Star eight inches beneath your feet. Now travel back up the vertical beam of light to your centre. Travel to the end of the light line extending out of your right side, from here create a diagonal line down to the Earth star, travelling back up the vertical line of the Central column to the Naval Centre. Travel out to the end of the light line extending behind you and create another diagonal beam of light down to the Earth Star. From here travel up the Central Column to the Naval Centre. Now travel to the end of the horizontal beam of light extending from your left side and create another diagonal beam of light down to your Earth Star. From here travel back up the Central Column to the Naval Centre.

You are now sat in the very centre of your Octahedron. One of the five Platonic solids, the building blocks of all Universal structure. The Octahedron is the element of air, the breath of life through which spirit travels and without which none of us would be here. The communication of spirit travels freely and easily through this form. Opening you to receive spirit to be healed and strengthened, nourished and gifted all that you need. Just as you have no fear you will always receive enough air to breathe, so to you will always receive all else you need, all that blocks you are your fears and feelings of unworthiness though you do not question them when breathing.

Allow yourself now to sit in this centred, strong balanced place to feel the benefits of all that you have created during your meditation. Allow yourself to open your Heart Centre further than ever before by breathing very deeply and slowly. The vibrations of love and peace are pouring through you now. Allow yourself to receive any messages the Angels have for you. Allow yourself to embrace your truth, to shine the light on any areas of stuck energy within you, knowing you are fully supported by the Heavenly Host. Allow yourself to feel the energy pouring through your Central Column, the waves of Ascension. Feel your body effortlessly releasing the burdens you have carried for so long and are ready to just let go of now. Feel the changes in temperature in different areas of the body as you receive the healing you need. As the weights and burdens are lifted from you, send a silent thank you from your heart to the Angelic Realms and your Higher Self.

You are never alone even in the darkest nights of the soul, you cannot ever be alone even if you feel like you are. You are a holy aspect of the Divine Creator, you can never truly be separated from that which you are in truth. Throughout every challenge that you face of have ever faced, your Guardian Angels walked with you. Waiting only for you to ask for their help. Be assured they will help you every single time, though sometimes not in ways that are immediately understood. Every lesson is gifted in love. Bathe in the light of the Angelic vibrations as you are soothed, healed and re-energised. Archangel Michael now steps forward and with your consent cuts all etheric cords that are draining your energy, vitality and enthusiasm for life. They are sealed and healed in golden light and where permissions have been given anyone who was corded into you receives healing too.

Now with your intention begin to draw the Octahedron closer and closer to you. Your intention is enough for this to happen. Bring the shape smaller and smaller until it sits in the Core Star of the body, glowing in the light and energy you received. Knowing the energy packages of light you have received will be activated and distributed through you in the Divinely right time space sequence.

Now give thanks to your Guides, Guardians and Angels, to the Archangels of the Heart Council and to the Divine Feminine for the Grace you have received. When you are ready bring your awareness back to your body. Back to your arms and your hands resting in your lap. Wiggle your fingers. Bring your awareness back to your legs and your feet. Now wiggle your toes. Lifting your hands up to your head, begin tapping gently on your head, bringing your consciousness firmly into the present, being here in this room and when you feel ready open your eyes and be present in the room.
